Consumption of alcohol or any illegal substances is strictly prohibited.
Passengers must not stand or move around unnecessarily during the boat ride.
Please follow all safety instructions given by boat operators and guides.
Littering in the Ganga is strictly prohibited.
72 hours or more before the ride: Full refund minus a 5% processing fee.
48 to 72 hours before the ride: 50% refund.
Less than 48 hours before the ride: No refund.
In case of unfavorable weather, government restrictions, or safety concerns, guests will receive a full refund or may choose to reschedule the ride.
